KHYBER AGENCY: Khyber Khasadar Force (KKF) personnel Friday arrested two narcotics peddlers in Landi Kotal and recovered dozens of ice packets from their possessions, Daily Times learnt. The Political tehsildar of Landi Kotal, Irshad Ali Mohmand, told this scribe during routine checking the KKF personnel stopped a passenger coach at Charwazgai check point. Two drug smugglers were caught and recovered 15 sachets of Ice-drug from them, he added. The alleged peddlers were identified as Amirullah and Abdullah residents of Landi kotal shifted for investigation. Ali stated. The drug was being smuggled from Peshawar to Landi kotal, he said. Eight Afghan deported via Trokham: Landi kotal administration on Friday deported eight Afghan nationals who crossed the border illegally, sources said. As per the sources the authorities have arrested eight Afghan citizens who crossed the Pak-Afghan border via Charbagh hills in Landi kotal. They were sent back to Afghanistan via Torkham border as they entered Pakistan illegally without travel documents, sources said.
